Terms of Service

Rules governing the use of our compliance verification platform and the responsibilities of each party.

WellbeingForDogs provides quality assurance audits and component verification for commercial pet food manufacturers. Our services include raw material inspection, documentation review, and compliance checks against the Competition Act and Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act of Canada. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute pet food products. All audit reports are advisory and do not constitute legal certification.

Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation for all raw materials submitted for verification. This includes supplier certificates, ingredient specifications, and production batch records. Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts may void the audit results and release WellbeingForDogs from liability. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our reports complies with applicable laws and regulations.

WellbeingForDogs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our audit reports. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that audit results will prevent regulatory action or legal penalties. Clients should consult qualified legal counsel for definitive compliance advice.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. WellbeingForDogs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if a client violates these terms, provides fraudulent information, or engages in activities that could harm the integrity of our verification process. Upon termination, all audit reports and related data must be returned or destroyed as directed.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or business practices. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate the agreement as outlined above.

For questions regarding these terms or to request a copy of our full service agreement, please contact us at info@wellbeingfordogs.com or by mail at 3596 Doyle Hills. We aim to respond to all legal inquiries within five business days. This document is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
